Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. All sales are final, except under the limited circumstances described in the Mastery Package Refund Policy below. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
All purchases of OET Coach packages and digital materials are final and non-refundable, except for the "Mastery" package, which is eligible for a refund only if the conditions listed under "Exceptions" below are met.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund under the Mastery Package Refund Policy, email contact@oetcoach.com with proof of purchase and a certified digital copy of your official OET results showing a failing grade in the Writing sub-test, within fourteen (14) days of the official OET result release date.
REFUND PROCESSING
We will review your refund request and verify that all curriculum requirements have been met. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for review. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method; it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

● Digital downloads, study guides, and instant-access course materials

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Eligibility: Only the "Mastery" tier is eligible for a refund. The "Essential" and "Professional" tiers, along with all other digital downloads, study guides, and practice materials, are final sales and non-refundable.
● Performance Requirement: To qualify for a refund, the user must have completed 100% of the associated course curriculum and submitted all thirty (30) practice letters within the OET Coach platform prior to their official OET exam date.
● Proof of Result: The user must provide a certified digital copy of their official OET results showing a failing grade in the Writing sub-test.
● Submission Deadline: Refund requests must be sent via email to contact@oetcoach.com within fourteen (14) days of the official OET result release date.
● Verification: All refund requests are subject to manual verification by OET COACH LLC to ensure the student fulfilled all curriculum requirements.
